ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ordering couldn't be easier, just complete our online order form, and we will confirm your order with you via your provided contact details.
Payment Terms
We will accept Paypal or cheque for customers within the UK. Overseas customers only can pay via Paypal.
Pay by cheque
Please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back of your cheque before posting. If paying by cheque your order will be dispatched once your cheque has been received and cleared by the bank.
Pay by Paypal
Once we have received your confirmed order, we will send you an invoice via Paypal, and you can pay through your Paypal account.
Postage and Packaging
UK Customers
A fixed charge of £3.75 is added to the cost of all orders under £50 to cover postage and packing. For orders over £50 postage is FREE.
All orders are posted with the Royal Mail. Normally orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment, however, on cheque payments please allow an additional 5 days for the cheque to clear. You will be notified if for any reason delivery is likely to be longer.
International Customers (including the Republic of Ireland)
For all international orders please contact us at beautywonderland@hotmail.co.uk with your order details (including the destination country) before making payment. This will ensure that you receive a fair delivery charge. We prefer to use Airmail for our international customers, as this is the most cost effective way for us, and therefore offering you a fairer delivery price. Delivery is between 10-15 working days depending on your destination & the weight/size of your order.
VAT
Beauty Wonderland is not VAT Registered. However, please note that Beauty Wonderland is not responsible for any duties or VAT which maybe charged on these orders by local customs agencies. If in doubt please contact your local agency before placing your order since customs charges will vary according to the country in which the order is placed.
Confidentiality
Please note that only information required to process your order is requested. This information is treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party. On occasions we may email you with details of any new products or special offers, which we think, might be of interest. If you do no If you do not want to receive this information then we will happily remove you from my mailing list on request. Returns & Refunds Policy
Beauty Wonderland are confident that all our items/products are dispatched in perfect condition, however if you are not totally happy then we offer a 7 day returns & refund policy.
A full refund will only be given if the purchased item/s are returned within 7 days from the date of sale and have not been tampered with in any way. The item(s) must be undamaged and in their original packaging, suitable for re-sale.The refund will not include posting & packaging.
For hygiene purposes, as they're intended for piercing, Beauty Wonderland will not offer a refund or exchange on any of those ranges.
